• Deposits are non- refundable and must be paid prior to your appointment in order to secure your appointment slot.

• Elysian Therapies operates a strict 24 hours cancellation policy.Should you fail to cancel within this time frame, you will be permitted a reschedulled appointment  if notice is provided within 48hours of your appointment time. This deposit will be transferred over to your rescheduled booking, failure to do this, will require a new deposit.

• If you are running late, please kindly inform Elysian Therapies by call or text. Lateness will result in your treatment time  being reduced and the full treatment cost will still be charged. If any later than 15 minutes Your therapist will determine whether your treatment can be completed, otherwise it will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.​

• If your Therapist arrives late, due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed asap and the full duration of treatment will  still be completed. 

​

• Clients who " no show" for their scheduled appointment without notice or communication will be required to pay full amount in advance of any future appointments.
